If we have the blessings of God on our life, we will not be deceived by the world’s wealth  -  Proverbs 10:22

The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

It is only the blessing of God that truly enriches our life. The riches of the world do not ever provide the blessings that they promise. They do not last, satisfy, nor are they worth the effort that is spent in pursuing them.
