If we want wisdom, we must ask God for it  -  James 1:5

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

We don’t have to face the trials we experience in life with our own wisdom. We can depend on the wisdom of God. To receive God’s wisdom, we are required to ask for it because if we don’t ask, we will never receive it.
