If we are led by the Spirit, we will be considered the sons of God  -  Romans 8:14

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

True believers are led by the Holy Spirit. Paul is not referring to some spectacular instance of divine guidance in the life of believers, but what should be true of all those who are in Christ.
